Course Overview:

The task of preparing and organizing a conference for a company or a specific entity is considered one of the difficult matters that requires coordination in the work and for a long period, and the matter must be done through coordination between many people to organize a successful conference that achieves what is required of it, because it reflects the image of the companies in front of the invitees in addition to that The first impression is firmly established in people’s minds. When organizing a conference, a person must pay attention to the smallest details and think about the comfort of the invitees at the beginning. In order to do this, he must work to follow some steps, such as writing the goals and scheduling the conference’s agenda, as the person needs a clearer definition of the matters that he wants. The company will achieve its results from that conference, and because this will shape the rest of its decisions, in addition to knowing what it wants to communicate.

• Dealing with pressure and tension: good preparation and continuous practice for press coverage, dealing with difficult situations and embarrassing questions and positive thinking and self-motivation.
• Editing and publishing press reports: organizing information in a logical and attractive manner, using appropriate journalistic style and fluent language, and publishing reports through various media (newspapers, websites, etc.).
• Evaluate and improve performance: Record and watch press coverage to analyze performance, use feedback and comments for continuous improvement, and practice organizing mock press conferences to develop skills.
